My block looks like this: 17th= 0505z check in for STR-JER 18th= 0300z ESBY 19th= 0355z SPU 20th= 0410z NCE 21st= 0400z NAP Nothing too long or unpleasant, people who prefer earlies and want to get rid of some awful late block are welcome here! If people have duties of those sort that they are keen to swap, this might encourage them to direct them towards you!
